As the Next Gen Coach for our district I could not be more excited about having this outstanding program in our toolbox. Throughout history there are very few examples of a successful revolution without mobilized and passionate young people. As we look to vitalize churches in Alberta and The Northwest Territories we will need our next gen leaders and youth to play a major role in our success of being a relentlessly outward bound church. Mentorship.One is so much more than “another curriculum”, it's the key to relationship and resource sharing between mentor pastor and the next gen leader being mentored.
